RAVEN Online

RAVEN Online is a web application that performs very much like a banking website, showing you activity across all of your accounts.

RAVEN Online enables users to perform the following functions:

1. Review account balances and settlement history.
2. Obtain detailed reports on accounts and payments.
3. Upload batch files for processing.
4. Release files for processing (if the manual release option has been selected).
5. View payments that have been flagged as a fraud risk and choose to proceed with them or void them.
6. View payments that have been submitted for processing.
7. View payments that have been returned or charged back.
8. Configure user contact information and preferences.
