Getting Started

What You Will Need

To use RAVEN Online you will need:

  • Web browser.  Most common browsers are supported.  RAVEN Online works best with Mozilla Firefox 2.0, Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Safari 3 or 4 or Chrome 1.
  • Adobe Flash Player (free download available at www.adobe.com)
  • Username provided by PacNet
  • Password
  • Access rights/permissions to view account statements. Varying permission levels are required to submit payments, to view items submitted and to access statements online.
  • RAVEN Security Token powered by RSA (depending on your level of access, you may be required to use a numeric security code generated by the token to access the website)

To Log On

To access RAVEN Online, go to https://raven.deepcovelabs.com; where you will be presented with a login screen.  If you have received a user name and password, enter them and CLICK on PROCEED.  You will then be directed to the RAVEN Online home page.

If you were assigned an RSA Security Token to access RAVEN Online and if you are a new user, CLICK on the “I am a new user…” link.  You will be directed to the new user login screen.

Enter the username provided by PacNet, and create a password between four and eight characters containing only letters and numbers.  Enter and confirm your password (please be aware that the password is case-sensitive).  Next, enter the current numeric code from your RAVEN Security Token, with no spaces.  We recommend that you wait for the token to issue a new code, as each code is only valid for 60 seconds.  To set your password, CLICK on the PROCEED button.

You will receive a message indicating that your password has been set.

If you try to log on as a new user 3 times without success, the RAVEN Security Token will become disabled.   If this happens, you will need to contact our Client Support department at clientsupport@deepcovelabs.com to have the token reset.

Wait for the number on the security token to change, and then log in with your username, your newly created password and the new number on the security token.  After logging in, you will be presented with the RAVEN Online home page.

If you are not a new user, you may log in with your username and password provided by Client Support, or you may need to log in with your username, your personal password and the exact numeric code shown on your PacNet Security Token, depending on the level of access you have been granted.

If you mistype your username, password or token code and receive a failed login message, you must wait for the token code to refresh before trying to log in again.  The black dots on the left hand side of the display indicate a countdown.  The dots disappear one by one every ten seconds until a new number is generated (every 60 seconds).

Failed Login

If your login attempt fails, you will receive a failed login message. After repeated attempts, if you are still unable to login, please contact Client Support at clientsupport@deepcovelabs.com for assistance.
