Errata

The following errors in the documentation still need to be corrected:

• Review comments on static IP address, likely not needed any more.
• Review signature parameters for services closefile and voidfile. As documented they do not specify the time-stamp is required but it likely is.
• In some cases CardScheme is used in card processing and in some cases CardBrand is used.
• Need to go through all examples and make test cases out of them.
